Yoga promises all this and more! However, there are many different styles of Yoga, and different people are drawn to different types of classes. We have developed a short questionnaire that you can submit which will allow us to better serve you as a new student. Once you have submitted this, someone from the studio will contact you and answer any questions you may have.
